Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using B&K Fencing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

B&K Fencing provides professional fence installation services including:

• Aluminum fence installation
• Chain link fence installation
• Vinyl fence installation
• Wood fence installation
• Fence repair and maintenance services

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date issued
• Subject to site inspection and final measurements
• Based on standard installation conditions
• May be adjusted for unforeseen site conditions

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Additional charges may apply for change orders
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Permits and Regulations

The customer is responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary permits where required
• Ensuring compliance with local zoning laws
• Providing accurate property line information
• Contacting utility marking services (Dig Safe)

Warranty

B&K Fencing provides warranties on workmanship and materials as specified in individual contracts. Warranty terms vary by material type and installation conditions.

Limitation of Liability

B&K Fencing's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Damage to underground utilities not properly marked
• Issues arising from improper property line information
• Weather-related delays or damage
• Changes in soil conditions or unforeseen obstacles

Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be specified in individual contracts.

Insurance and Licensing

B&K Fencing is fully licensed and insured. Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Oneida County, New York.
